Business Development Representative

ZeeTim is a leading virtualization and cloud software vendor and is looking for A players to join its team. In this role responsibilities include:

  • Building rapport with contacts via (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
  • Calling prospective buyers (CIO, System Administrators, System Architects, IT heads, etc…)
  • Booking webinars, demos, in person or online meetings
  • Entering key information to update the CRM system and determine next steps for success
  • Creating opportunities in CRM system
  • Searching internal & external databases, LinkedIn, etc. for additional key contacts within existing companies

  • Must be a hunter- cannot wait for deals in this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone and in person communication skills
  • Great problem solver; ability to grasp technical concepts easily
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and strong time management skills
  • Resourceful & ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
  • 2+ years in a sales role is a plus- preferably in IT company
  • BA/BS degree
