Business Development Representative
ZeeTim is a leading virtualization and cloud software vendor and is looking for A players to join its team. In this role responsibilities include:
- Building rapport with contacts via (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
- Calling prospective buyers (CIO, System Administrators, System Architects, IT heads, etc…)
- Booking webinars, demos, in person or online meetings
- Entering key information to update the CRM system and determine next steps for success
- Creating opportunities in CRM system
- Searching internal & external databases, LinkedIn, etc. for additional key contacts within existing companies
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Must be a hunter- cannot wait for deals in this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone and in person communication skills
- Great problem solver; ability to grasp technical concepts easily
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and strong time management skills
- Resourceful & ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
- 2+ years in a sales role is a plus- preferably in IT company
- BA/BS degree
